Why don’t I have the option to pay a deposit?
In order to uphold our money back guarantee, full payment must be received upon booking. We don’t believe in keeping a non-refundable deposit if you have an emergency and need to cancel! We understand life happens so you will immediately receive your payment back, less 30% which remains as a credit on your K4K account that will be used for your next reservation.
Is this the costume that I will see the performer arrive in?
Yes! Some props/accessories may not be used for safety purposes, so please clarify with our consultant via email for specific costume accessory requests!
Do I pay for costume change time?
No, the performer will arrive fully in costume and will leave in costume. The reserved time is for full character interaction. The only exception is our Swimming Mermaid Assistant that can be added on as a character performer-his costume change is included in the time reserved.
Will the person in the photo be the one who comes to my party?
We are always improving and adding cast members so check our Cast Page for current fabulous character performers! Feel free to request someone during booking, we cannot guarantee their availability but love to accommodate requests and will provide you with a list of available performers specifically for your event that you can choose from!
When should I have my character arrive?
We want all the children to participate in the fun! So, we recommend having the performer arrive 30-60 minutes after the official start time of your party (as shown on your invitations). Keep in mind that we don’t want any kids missing out on an activity because they need to eat, so try to plan food before the character arrives or after the character leaves.
How long should I reserve the character for?
The length of your reservation should be based on the activities you want to be performed and how many children are expected to arrive. Face Painting & Balloon Twisting take the longest, so the more children that you expect to be there, the more time you will want to reserve the character.
Can I extend the duration the day of my event?
It is not recommended to wait to extend the character’s stay day of the event because we cannot guarantee they will be available!
